Incident Support Unit

The Sprinter Incident Support Vehicle is equipped to carry several different modules. Depending on the requirements of an incident or its aftermath, these range from salvage equipment, ultra-heavy cutting equipment, crew welfare facilities and other specialist equipment. It carries a crew of up to five firefighters. This vehicle is also fitted with a touch-screen data system (Mobile Data Terminal or MDT) to allow the crew instant access to a range of information vital for rescue or firefighting. It is located at Droitwich Fire Station.
