Tell us about your role

To provide a high quality confidential Executive Assistant service directly to the Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive with direct line management responsibilities for a small team of Personal Assistants who provide designated support to the Deputy Chief Fire Officer, Assistant Chief Fire Officer, Assistant Chief Officer, Director of Finance and respective Assistant Directors (the Strategic Leadership Board). 

Tell us more about your fire service career

As of June 2024, I have spent 35 years in the fire service as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Fire Officer and over this time have had the pleasure of working for six Chief Fire Officers. All of my service has been within HWFRS and in 2014 I successfully completed a University Diploma in Leadership and Management (UDLM) with the University of Worcester.
