Compact Fire Appliance

These Compact Fire Appliances are also known as Restricted Access Vehicles (RAV). Some are equipped with the Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS). They are housed at Whitchurch, Redditch, Ross on Wye and Wyre Forest Fire Stations. Carrying a crew of up to five, they are fitted with a touch-screen data system (Mobile Data Terminal or MDT) to allow instant access to information vital for rescue or firefighting.
