I understand from press reports that there were issues yesterday regarding flash flooding. Are you able to provide me with details of the flooding related incidents you attended in Herefordshire?

We thank you for your request for information, which has been received by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (the Service) and considered under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
The Service can confirm that the information that you have requested held. On the 2 September 2024, Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service attended four properties on Castlefields, Leominster which were affected by surface water flooding. The Service pumped rain water away from the properties and isolated electricity supplies for safety. The Red Cross were contacted to assist with the provision of welfare support and advice.
