Please can you provide me with the following information:
- Do you have any former Control Staff that have transferred out of Control in the last 20 years into Grey Book roles higher than Watch Manager?
- Do they have or maintain an operational competency either with Control or for operational incidents?
- Are they paid in accordance with the NJC agreed Firefighter Roles pay scale or Control Specific Roles pay scale?

Thank you for your further request for information which has been received by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (the Service) and considered under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
The answers to your questions are:
- Do you have any former Control Staff that have transferred out of Control in the last 20 years into Grey Book roles higher than Watch Manager?
Yes
- Do they have or maintain an operational competency either with Control or for operational incidents?
They are required to show operational competencies against the Role Map depending on the position occupied.
- Are they paid in accordance with the NJC agreed Firefighter Roles pay scale or Control Specific Roles pay scale?
Paid as per the NJC agreed FF role pay scales.
