Good morning all,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to know the following:
1. From 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2024 how many people at the Service were paid overtime rates to carry quality assurance of the IRS incident reports?
2. From 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2024 how many hours at x1.5 and x2 were spent to carry quality assurance of the IRS incident reports?
3. From 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2024 what was the total cost spent by the Service for the IRS incident report quality assurance?

Upon further investigation the Service can advise that the following information is held and is as follows:
1. From 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2024 how many people at the Service were paid overtime rates to carry quality assurance of the IRS incident reports?

2. From 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2024 how many hours at x1.5 and x2 were spent to carry quality assurance of the IRS incident reports?
138.49 hours at Time + Half, 26 hours at double time
3. From 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2024 what was the total cost spent by the Service for the IRS incident report quality assurance?
£7478.47 (£5635.62 for overtime + £1842.85 for on costs)
