I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the software tool used by your service for the collection of risk information. For reference, I understand that many Fire and Rescue Services (FRS) in the UK are using CFRMIS by Civica. Specifically, I would like to request the following details: 1. Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your request for information, which has been received by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (the Service) and considered under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
The Service can confirm that the information that you have requested is held and is as below:
1. The name of the supplier providing the software services.
Civica
2. The total contract value for these services.
Operational support and intel module £ 2200.00
Vulnerable persons module £ 1760.00
Licensing Costs £25,496.00
Total Value: £29,456.00 PA
3. The contract start date.
Rolling contract – Next review date will be September 2025
4. The contract end date.
Current term will end September 2025
