Please could you provide the following information regarding your finance, HR and payroll solutions:
Which Hr and performance management system do you use, contract period and contract value / if sass or on-prem?
Which Finance system (or Enterprise Resource Management) do you use, contract period and contract value / if sass or on-prem?
Which Payroll software do you use, contract period and contract value / outsourced, sass or on-prem?
Are you planning to go to market for a different Finance/ERP, HR or Payroll system? If
so, when?
How many employees, users / licenses of the system do you have for each system, please?

We thank you for your request for information, which has been received by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (the Service) and considered under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000
The Service can confirm that the information that you have requested is held and is as follows:
Which Hr and performance management system do you use, contract period and contract value / if sass or on-prem?
HR Connect. Out of contract. We pay a licence of approx. £7k per annum/In-house developed system used for appraisals.
Which Finance system (or Enterprise Resource Management) do you use, contract period and contract value / if sass or on-prem?
Our finance system is TechnologyOne, the SASS version. We are on a rolling one year contract.
Which Payroll software do you use, contract period and contract value / outsourced, sass or on-prem?
We do not have our own Payroll system – we have a contract with a local authority for a payroll managed service.
Are you planning to go to market for a different Finance/ERP, HR or Payroll system? If so, when?
We plan to go to market in the next 6 months for a replacement HR system.
How many employees, users / licenses of the system do you have for each system, please?
Up to 1000 users.
