Good Morning,

Thank you for your request for information, which has been received by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (the Service) and considered under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.

The Service can confirm that the information that you have requested is not/held and can be found as per the below and attached as requested.

The Service submits incident reports to the Home Office’s Incident Recording System. At present, there is no option to capture that a fire involved an E-Bike specifically. Therefore, a free-text search of incident recordings has been conducted using search criteria such as ‘e-bike, ‘e-scooter’, ‘ebike’, ‘escooter’ etc with variations.

Between 1st January 2022 and 31st December 2024 six incidents were identified. There were no injuries or fatalities recorded at the incidents.
