Incident Command Unit

The control unit acts as a forward command and control point at all large and major incidents. It has state of the art communications systems as well as a radio system to be used exclusively at the site of the incident. The vehicle is fully air-conditioned and has command, conference and communications sections. When deployed, it is always accompanied by a fire appliance. Its 7kw generator powers the on-board systems. The drones are also carried in the rear of the vehicle and footage from the drone can be displayed on the large built in monitor situated on the NSR of the vehicle.
